Due to the policies of major credit card issuers, we are required to issue any refund to the credit card used for the original transaction.
In the event that the original credit card is no longer active, the credit card issuer will receive the refund and will (in most cases) automatically transfer the refund to your new credit card account. If this is not possible for any reason (for example, because you no longer have an open credit card account with them), they will typically contact you to determine how you would like the refund transferred to you.
If you have not received your refund within 10 days, we recommend that you contact your credit card issuer (by using the phone number located on the back of the credit card) to have them transfer the refund to you.
Please refer to our Standard Cancellation Policy.
